Menkar on its own

The gift: Great patience; the possibility of inheritance (literal or of a tradition). A whale-nose that can wait under pressure. Voice and timing earned slowly.

What it asks of you: Classical lists include disease, ruin, throat trouble, delays. Do not predict illness. Read “throat” as speech, swallow, and what cannot be said. The inversion is impediment as identity — waiting forever, or a voice blocked by fear until Saturn is befriended as craft, not as a gag.
