Terms of Use
Section 1Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of Natal Blueprint, including the website at www.natalblueprint.com, member accounts, Consultation Session (browser and Telegram Deep), and paid natal or compatibility reports. By creating an account, signing in, placing an order, or using consultation, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
Section 2Accounts and sign-in
You may create a member account with an email address and password, or by authenticating with Google, Apple, X (Twitter), or Facebook where those options are offered. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping sign-in details secure.
Complimentary consultation questions require a confirmed email address. Google and Apple sign-in may confirm your email through that provider. X and Facebook sign-in still require you to confirm the email we hold for the account.
You may connect or disconnect social sign-in from your member account, provided you keep at least one way to sign in (a password or another connected provider). You may add a password later if you first joined with a social provider.
We may suspend or close accounts used to abuse complimentary credits, evade payment, harass others, or attack the service.
Section 3Consultation Session
Consultation with Mara is question-led guidance on a chart you pin, grounded in astronomical calculation. It is not a live human astrologer call, legal advice, medical advice, or a substitute for professional care.
Browser consultation and Telegram Deep share the same prepaid balance. Rates and complimentary browser credits are shown on the site at the time you ask. We may change rates with notice on the consultation and account pages.
You must not share another person’s birth details in consultation unless you have their permission.
Section 4Prepaid balance
Consultation balance is a prepaid credit for questions, not a subscription. Unused prepaid balance may expire after a period of inactivity as described on your member account and in our prepaid notices. Top-ups are processed by Stripe. Charges for completed consultation questions are not refundable except where required by law or where we fail to deliver an answer for a technical error on our side.
Section 5Paid reports
Natal Lite, Natal Heavy, and Compatibility Report are digital products generated after checkout. Delivery, refund, and privacy terms for those products are described at checkout and in the Privacy Policy. Report interpretation is for entertainment and personal insight.
Section 6Acceptable use
You must not: (a) attempt to access another member’s account; (b) probe, scrape, or overload the site or APIs beyond ordinary use; (c) use automated systems to create accounts or burn complimentary questions; (d) upload malware; or (e) use the service for unlawful purposes.
Section 7Entertainment and insight only
Astrology reports and consultation answers are provided for entertainment and personal insight only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make.
Section 8Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other non-excludable rights, Natal Blueprint is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, reports, or consultation. Our aggregate liability for a paid product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot waive under applicable consumer law.
Section 9Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Courts in Australia have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-excludable consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
